This course is designed to meet all the educational requirements for students to apply for the MD HQL permit as well as obtain the NRA First Steps certification. This course gives students a first time, hands on, high impact/ low stress experience with a pistol. Upon completion of this course, students will have gain a basic understanding on how to effectively and safely handle, fire, maintain, and own a pistol.
